Meet the Team

Dr. Armita Akbarnejad
Dr. Armita Akbarnejad is a General Dentist who has been with our office since 2001. She attended California State University Fullerton, where she studied in the field of Biochemistry. She continued her education at the University of California San Francisco Dental School. In 1995, she graduated and received the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Dental Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery. Since then she has concentrated her practice in the field of Pediatrics, Young Adults, and Special Needs Patients. Dr Akbarnejad is a member of the California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Alameda Dental Society. Dr Akbarnejad and her husband enjoy spending time with their two young sons.

Dr. Brian Kelleher graduated from dental school at the University of Sourthern California in 2000 and practiced general dentistry, with an emphasis on children, for three years before attending his two-year pediatric dentistry specialty at the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey. He received his specialty certification in 2005 and is Board eligible with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Kelleher was born and raised in the Bay Area and now resides in Turlock.

Dr. David Salar
Dr David Salar graduated from dental school at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2000 and practiced general dentistry, with an emphasis on children, for four years before attending his two-year pediatric dentistry specialty at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. He received his specialty certification in 2006 and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the College of Diplomats of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Salar enjoys traveling with his wife and playing the guitar.

Dr. Tim Huang graduated from dental school at University of California, Los Angeles and continued his specialty training at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. He received his specialty certificate in 2008 and is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Tim Huang is a proponent in improving oral health care to infants, children, and adolescents. Currently, Dr. Huang is an adjunct faculty at the University of Pacific Dental School where he teaches dental students in the pediatric department. Dr. Huang loves nature and enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife and son.
